Instead of the usual platter of Antipasto for our smaller family Thanksgiving, I put the various cheeses, salami (folded),basil leaf, olives, and tortellini marinated in Italian dressing on 6″skewers so everyone had their own individual appetizers. Just a thought for your Christmas mini-gatherings. Skewers available on Amazon and elsewhere.
